Gregory Y. Shentwu is a Partner with KCNS Law Group and currently focuses his practice on workers’ compensation and personal injury matters.
Mr. Shentwu attended the University of California, San Diego where he graduated with honors with a degree in Political Science. Thereafter, he graduated from Southwestern Law School where he was a recipient of the John J. Schumacher Scholarship. While there, he served as the Social Chair for the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association and was a research assistant in the areas of corporations and legal ethics.
Mr. Shentwu’s legal experience has been primarily defense-oriented. He started out as a law clerk for the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office in both its Civil Liability Division and Employment Litigation Unit. After becoming a member of the State Bar, he went on to work for some of the largest and most well-known insurance defense firms in both California and in the United States. He has represented both insurance carriers and their insureds in a wide range of matters from inception through trial involving construction, workers’ compensation, personal injury, general liability, products liability, professional liability, and insurance coverage and employment disputes.
With his unique background as a defense attorney, Mr. Shentwu now represents those who have been injured either at work or due to the negligence of others.
